Our emotions come in, and will forever be in a state of ebb and flow. A life that is amiss of varying degree of emotions, is one that seems almost bland. Emotions are what make our basic essence, and make us who we are as people. To feel every emotion that comes in, be it negative or positive is particularly important to experience life on a full spectrum. No one emotion is above or more important than the others, they all need to exist in harmony for a whole fulfilling life. Some days one may dominate the others, but that’s okay.
